We advise clients about the licensing and other commercialization of intellectual property, whether as licensors or licensees, in licensing arrangements ranging from shrink-wrap, customized or value-added reseller licenses of software to licenses of inventions and trade secrets. Additionally, our attorneys have substantial expertise pursuing infringement and other actions to enforce rights to intellectual property and in defending third party claims.

The IP Audit assists a company in ensuring that it has effective policies and procedures in place to generate and protect its IP assets.
